Green Life Mix Mentorship: Building and Maintaining Customers through community building

Hello Everyone, I run an Agribusiness called Arso farms, we have created a sub-brand out of it which is called the Green Life Mix (GLM).

The GLM brand revolutionises African greens to improve the health of humans. Whether it’s through Smoothies, Veggie powders or fresh leaves.

Since it’s barely new, I’d like to build the appropriate customer base, retain them and turn them into profit for the business. Which is why I’m here

Here is a link to the IG we just opened. It’s barely new so there are no content there yet.

The GLM (Green life Mix) is revolutionising our African Greens to improve the health of many through protein powders, Smoothies and in fresh leaf form.

The brand is to attract consumers from all age group.

Ah, that makes sense! So you’re making our vegetables more attractive by making them into products people wouldn’t associate them with, like beverages and ready to mix powders yeah?

This is your main goal yes? Build your customer base and retain them?

I think you’ll need to be a bit more specific, as wonderful and as appealing as it may sound, you can’t sell to everybody :sweat_smile:

To help with this, let us define the Why of your community. I talk about “the Why” in this post How to start your community. To define the Why of your community, answer these questions:

  • Why would people want to use GLM products?
  • Why would people want to buy GLM products?
  • Why would people want to join the GLM community on IG or wherever?
  • Why would people want to come back for more GLM products?

People want to use the GLM because they are health conscious
Some because they have an health issue and now need to be health conscious.

The reason for people wanting to use and people wanting to buy are surrounded by the same thing. Right?

Most of the people that buy are the major users.

Why would people want to join the GLM community
They are encouraged about their health
They get healthy living tips, recipes, what to do…etc
Easy and fun way to begin your journey
Relatable health stories they can learn from.
People sharing their health journey and result from the GLM

Why would people want to come back for more GLM products

  1. Firstly, they can see the result. Feel better, More strenght.
  2. 2ndly, It’s easy and fun to use. Diversity and flexibility
  3. They feel they belong to a greater purpose.
  4. They have a sense of ownership in the brand.
